We ship all orders from the United Arab Emirates to the UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, and Saudi Arabia via Emirates Post.

Delivery Times & Aims:

Free Standard Shipping: 0-3 Days (allow up to 7 working days during peak seasons)

Orders placed before 2PM GST Dubai time are shipped the same day, while orders placed after this time will be shipped the following business day.

No Hassle Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the item is delivered. Please email support@mesmereyez.ae to request a return address and return code. Return any unopened item within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund of the item cost.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.
